Quality Telepractice is an innovative private practice created as a response to the increasing necessity to reach those who are now homebound due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Whether you are not able to leave home, or just prefer the convenience of receiving therapy at home, Quality Telepractice is here for you.
We are a unique service in that we personally choose every team member, who we have known and worked with for years. Dr. Debra Edgar personally oversees initial interviews and treatment sessions.
Dr. Debra Edgar graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction and Masters in Communication Disorders, she has over 25 years’ experience as licensed and certified Speech Language Pathologist, Clinical Supervisor and University Professor. With her Florida Medical License and ASHA Certification, she has extensive experience in a variety of settings including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, private practice, public schools, and outpatient clinic settings.
Quality Telepractice is honored to provide referrals to Daley Dysphagia Diagnostics as they offer expert swallowing services that offer personalized and individualized mobile FEES services.

Debra enjoys serving others by providing hope and practical guidance when treating those with communication disorders. She resides in Florida and enjoys spending time with her family, music and photography. Whether spending time with her children, teaching at the university, mentoring graduate clinicians, encouraging loved ones, or working side-by-side (or remotely!) with those with communication disorders, her goal is that God is glorified in all that she says and does. May His light shine through every action and every word.
